Even if melba's prices change little, melba reserves the right to change them with one month's notice. The new rates then apply at the end of the commitment period (month or year).
Payment to melba is made by monthly or annual direct debit from the bank card or from the Organization's account. The Organization accepts the tacit renewal of the subscription and must allow payment each month or each year depending on the chosen offer, without delay and without delay, otherwise melba reserves the right to suspend the subscription.
Unsubscribing can be done on the anniversary date (month or year) by notifying melba upstream via the communication tools available on the application or via the contact form .
Melba's functionalities evolve every day. Melba is not required to retain functionalities and may reshape the pricing offers by distributing the range of functionalities differently.
The information and content available on the site is for informational purposes only. They can not engage the responsibility of melba. The Organizations are responsible for holding all intellectual and industrial property rights, or failing that, authorizations and licenses relating thereto, relating to elements (such as, without limitation, graphic, textual, sound or audiovisual) that they intend to use, distribute, or publish on the melba.io site in such a way that melba cannot be held liable with regard to third parties.
Melba does not own the data entered by Users. Melba makes no commercial use of the data and guarantees strict confidentiality. Melba however reserves the right to use this data for internal statistical purposes.
Melba disclaims all liability with regard to this information and more generally with regard to all content posted by Users of the site.
If, despite the precautions taken, melba was informed of the counterfeit or illegal nature of any content, the latter would be removed without delay, without this being able to engage the responsibility of melba in any capacity whatsoever.
Melba cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting in particular from an awkward entry or configuration, a bug or technical contingencies (availability of servers, interruption of access, etc.).
All the free or paid functions of the site are provided as is, without technical support, and melba cannot be held responsible for any damage related to their use.
No loss of data can be blamed on melba which does not provide users with a storage infrastructure. The data is however backed up in real time over 7 rolling days, which guarantees that no technical flaw can lead to a permanent loss of this data.
