Parse a supplier invoice
Drop a PDF in the chat. The assistant extracts the lines, updates purchase prices in Melba and flags variances against your last receipt.
Plan production
"Plan my production for this weekend's orders." Generates manufacturing orders and the shopping list.
Reorder stock
The assistant compares stock levels to your target thresholds and prepares draft supplier orders — you only need to validate.
Generate shipment labels
From a customer order, generates the PDF label sheet (allergens, use-by dates, lot traceability) ready to print.
Set a selling price
"What selling price for this recipe to hit a 70 % margin?" The assistant computes, proposes, and updates the recipe if you approve.
Security and control
OAuth 2.1 + PKCE
Authentication follows the OAuth 2.1 standard with PKCE. No API key to copy-paste: Claude or ChatGPT obtains a signed token after an explicit consent.
Granular scopes
You choose what the assistant can read or write (recipes, sales, stocks, HR, finance…). Each scope can be revoked independently.
Revocable any time
From your Melba workspace (Integrations → MCP), revoke access in one click. The token is invalidated immediately on the API side.
Costs
Each MCP call consumes one API credit from your Melba subscription. Costs vary by call type (read, write, AI processing).
