Are your recipes ready to be produced? You can now convert your recipe databases into “production sheets”. This involves generating a document in the proportions necessary to produce the total quantities desired by multiplying the quantities by default so that they correspond to your needs.

Definition of a production sheet

The production sheet corresponds to the initial recipe database factored by a quantity relating to a production need. Often, we remove unnecessary information in production such as financial indicators.

---------------
For example:

I want to produce 3.5kg of a recipe with an initial total weight of 1kg.

I want to produce 45 servings from a 500g recipe that initially has 4 servings etc.
---------------

  1. Click on the “ Multiply / Print ” button , a modal opens
  2. For a single recipe, specify the quantities and production units. For multiple recipes, this information is inherent in your list.
  3. Choose your printing options
  4. Confirm by clicking again on “ Multiply / Print ”, a new window opens

The printing options of the production sheet

The production sheet has the following options:

  • Merge identical sub-recipes: if your recipes have sub-recipes, they can be merged. They will only appear once on the paper with their combined quantities.
  • Change page for each recipe: enter a page break for printing.
  • Print the commissary slip: enter a table in the result with the list of all the ingredients in the quantities of consumption and stock.
  • Print the list of recipes: introduce a table in the result with the list of all the recipes to facilitate your dispatch.
  • Round off quantities: quantities that exceed 1000 grams will be converted to kilograms.
  • Display options: display production stages, costs and margins, images, sub-recipes.

How to get a PDF file from printing?

Google Chrome supports PDF printing.
