Organize the production with melba: prepare the list of tasks to be done to better collaborate and avoid mistakes, look back on your past productions to analyze them or repeat them.

The production list centralizes all past or future tasks.

The most common search criteria are available directly in the form of drop-down filters:

  • By period: All periods, today, tomorrow, this week.
  • By status: Any status, planned, done.

We can very simply find production tasks by refining the search through more advanced filters .

How to exploit the production?

Evaluate future expenses

With visibility over the coming week, or even over a longer period, planning allows you to anticipate expenses.

It is thus possible to adjust upstream production to meet the margin and turnover objectives.

It may be interesting to start by listing the sales forecasts from the cash register software, then program this in production.

Order efficiently

From the production schedule, you can generate the list of ingredients to order from suppliers.

In this way, it is easy to distinguish between kitchen work and bureaucratic work, reducing errors.

Better organize work in the kitchen

List the dishes to be produced, possibly from a template or from sales.

With a clear list of things to produce, employees do not risk making mistakes: to distribute the work in the kitchen, you can print the production slips which contain the operational details of the tasks to be carried out.

Manage your INCO labeling and bring you into compliance

From the schedule, we can generate and access the information that constitutes the INCO labeling and thus comply with the regulations. As soon as a task is marked as "done", the corresponding INCO label row is automatically generated in the Traceability section , INCO Labels view .

Go back to past tasks and reprogram them

What was produced in the past may be of interest to us now. 

It is possible to go back without limit and reprogram certain elements, for example going back to the same seasonality the previous year. All the work is kept and we finally get a clear vision of the development of the establishment's production!
