How to set up your subscription

Modulate the subscription to suit your needs

Melba is made up of many users, different sectors of activity, and issues specific to each professional.

The subscription is designed in a modular way and adapted to the use of each one.

This translates into the choice of application modules, the formula, or even the billing frequency.

The composition of the offer

Application modules

melba is 5 constantly evolving business modules

Core: includes administration, with user and role management, as well as templates

Stocks and Orders: includes stock optimization, inventories and supply management

Recipes & sales: includes technical recipe sheets and sales analysis

Traceability: includes hygiene & food traceability (HACCP)

API: includes real-time data centralization and synchronization

The trial period

Melba offers a 7 day trial period.

Beyond this period, the user will be generally restricted in the use.

Depending on the application modules, unless certain limits have been reached, it can however continue its exploration.

  • Max. 10 technical sheets (not limited within 7 days)
  • Max. 100 items (not limited within 7 days)
  • Max. 5 users
  • Max. 3 models
  • Max. 10 sales per month
  • Max. 10 orders per month
  • Max. 3 inventories per year

Simple or Pro plans

Each of the modules presents several formulas

A Simple plan that contains:
+ The basic functionalities
+ The essentials to manage your establishment and analyze its profitability

A Pro plan that contains:
+ The basic functionalities
+ The essentials to manage your establishment and analyze its profitability
+ Advanced functionalities to manage your activity by margin

The Pro plan therefore complements the Simple plan, however note that they will be billed separately by the payment platform.

Billing frequency

Each of the modules may be subject to a specific billing frequency

  • Quarterly invoicing, flexible and without commitment;
  • Annual billing, which provides a reduction worth two monthly payments.

Configure your subscription

In the administration menu, go to the 'Subscription' section

The 'My subscription' view presents a summary of the modules present in the current subscription.

By clicking on the 'Modify my subscription' button:

  • The current modules of the offer change state and are now configurable;
  • New modules appear when you click on 'Add to subscription' and also become configurable.

It is thus possible to:

  • Enhance the subscription by adding new business bricks;
  • Switch to the Pro formula of a module to obtain advanced features;
  • Reduce the invoicing frequency of a module to benefit from the related advantages.

When validating the changes, the information is recorded and taken into account in the generation of subsequent invoices, and the summary view shows the new blocks and subscription criteria.

If no payment method is registered, the user will first be asked to enter one before validating the changes.
