The list of order lines is accessible in the Supplier orders tab of the main menu.

In the drop-down header, select Order lines view.

The Order lines view constitutes the exhaustive list of all the products ordered, all periods and all statuses combined. That is to say that each item appears as many times as it is present in a past, current or future order.

In this view, each line corresponds to a product ordered from a given supplier, on a given date.

This is a view dedicated to analysis, the most relevant when it comes to obtaining, for example:

• The volume in € of orders placed with a supplier or for a category of products, over a given period.
  A high volume could constitute a bargaining lever with suppliers.
• The ratio of products ordered by characteristics, which can be defined through tags (Organic, local, etc.).
  This could contribute to obtaining certain labels, and for example to testify to the eco-responsible commitment.

The most common search criteria are available directly as drop-down filters:

• By period: All periods, today, tomorrow, this week.
• By status: All statuses, preparation, sent, received.

You can very simply find command lines by refining the search through more advanced filters .
