Why manage a quote or an invoice on melba?

Managing quotes and customer invoices on melba saves the need for third-party software.

On Melba, it is possible to prepare an estimate for a service and send it to your client for validation, then provide him with the invoice and the corresponding receipt.
These exports are downloadable in PDF, and can be sent directly to the accountant.

How to retrieve quotes and invoices?

To access the documents, go to a sale available in the  Sales tab  of the main menu

In the drop-down title in the header, select  Sales View.

1. Within a sale containing products
2. Click on the Other actions drop-down menu
3. Click on Download Invoice or Download Quote or Download Receipt
