How to configure your organization profile?

Setting up your organization's profile allows you to include information necessary for its identification when it comes to generating documents to be transmitted, for example purchase orders.

The organization profile is accessible in the Administration menu (initials or photo at the bottom left), the name of your organization appears in second position.

Each piece of information can be modified by clicking on the corresponding block.

There are several levels of information:

Credentials

• Photo
• name of the organization
• Social reason
• NAF Code
• SIRET
• VAT number
• E-mail address
• Address

Application settings

• Choice of currency
• Choice of temperature format
• Personalized payment terms that will appear on documents such as quotes, invoices, etc.
• Setting up automatic inventory management
