Search for an ingredient: typing, sorting and filters

Search for an ingredient by name or internal code

To search for an ingredient by name, the search bar at the top left of the list is provided for this purpose. It allows you to do a semantic search of the ingredient:

  1. In the list of ingredients, click in the search field
  2. Type the first letters of the ingredient you are looking for (a list of ingredients corresponding to the object of the search will appear)
  3. Select the ingredient your are looking for

Sort and filter the list of ingredients

It is possible to perform an ascending / descending alphabetical sort on the designation and category columns of the ingredient list.
For this, you simply need to click on the small up / down arrows present next to the column label.

It is also possible to apply filters on the columns of the list. This allows you to display only the elements that meet certain criteria in the list of ingredients.

  1. Click on the “ Add a filter ” link at the top left of the list
  2. Select the filter to apply
  3. Select the desired filter option among those offered
  4. If necessary, remove the filter by clicking on the cross to the right of the applied filter.

For example:
If you want to display only ingredients from the dairy category in your list, you must:

  • Click on “Add a filter”
  • Select the “Category” filter
  • Select the “Creamery” category
