This article explains how to cancel your Melba subscription, how to change it (switch module, downgrade) and the terms that apply.

How to cancel your subscription

To cancel, send your request via the chat (or the contact form) before your subscription's anniversary date, respecting a one-month notice period.

• Melba subscriptions run on an annual commitment.
• Cancellation takes effect on your subscription's anniversary date.
• The subscription remains due until that date; there is no mid-period refund.

Change your subscription (switch module, downgrade)

You can adjust your subscription — for example switch a module back to the Simple plan or remove an option. Tell us in the chat which modules you want to keep: the change is scheduled for the next period.

Note: above 500 recipes, the Recipes & Sales Pro module is required — so this module cannot be switched back to Simple beyond that volume.

Refunds

Since the plan is annual, there is no mid-period refund. A pro-rata refund can apply only for a short subscription (for example 3 months) that you ask us to stop.
